SERVICE WITH NO BOUNDARIES

Our featured employee for the month is the operation group’s very own service specialist Glenn Peroche or GAP to his colleagues. Glenn joined TG way back in 2006 as warehouseman and worked his way up through perseverance and determination as TG’s resident go to guy in terms of difficult servicing assignments.  His hardwork has recently paid off as evidenced by the groundbreaking of the house he is determined to build at a lot he recently bought at San Jose, Bulacan.

When asked what advise he can share with the current crop of new employees, he proudly shares his motto “OBEY FIRST BEFORE YOU COMPLAIN”. He attributed this philosophy to his acknowledged mentor, company president Eduardo Trinidad. Truly with GAP around, “service indeed has no boundaries”.

Maui Mancia has been recently appointed as CIC’s marketing officer who will be tasked in overseeing CIC as well as TG marketing efforts.

Previously holding the position of CIC Technical Sales Officer assigned to handle NCR accounts, Maui has proven her mettle by managing to sell several equipment during her tenure. Admiring the new CIC website? That’s Maui in action and it’s only going to get better.

Sygim Reyes or Sy for short is another one of the new breed of Tri-Globe employee. Employed just over a year ago as operations assistant under Arnaldo Alejandro, Sy has recently been re-assigned to serve as procurement assistant.

He will be reporting directly under Irene Seva and will be tasked in ensuring the quality of our supplier’s product and services. With Sy, on the job, “SY-GURADO”.

Soon to Rise Modern TG Motorpool

Situated at Apollo Street around a kilometer away from TG’s current motor pool, an idle 1200Sq.m. parcel of land is slowly being developed as Tri-Globe’s centerpiece for its service operations.

The modern motorpool has already been a long time in the planning stage and has gained full steam this year with the involvement of consultant Engr. Bong Fernandez at the project’s helm.

APOLLO ST. QUEZON CITY 

Now at the middle stages of the structural design phase, the modern facility is being designed by FV Concept under the auspices of Jun Fabian.

The motorpool project committee is currently composed of lead Engr. Bong Fernandez, Designer Jun Fabian,  Ops Manager Arnaldo Alejandro and BDM Paulo Perez. Project completion is expected to be completed middle of 2017.

WE DID IT AGAIN.

Borrowing the refrain from a popular song of the 90’s, Tri-Globe Transport Services and Trading, Inc. was again awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification by the TUV Rheinland group concluding the 1st follow-up audit done last January 30 of this year.

Tri-Globe Inc. was first certified January of last year by the same certifying body and was borne out of the initiative of top management to improve its operations for the benefit of its growing customer base.

The TUV Rheinland audit team was headed by lead auditor Roy Alminanza and ably supported by returning auditor Jayzer Aquino. The whole day audit focused on the company’s QMS implementation and was systematically done on a per department basis.

Following the release of ISO 9001:2015 standards, the TG ISO team is now deep in preparation for the eventual migration of its QMS to the newest iteration by middle of next year.
